Kiyani Architectural Design responded with a concept centred around openness and connection. The defining feature is the series of grand, repeating arches along the main facade, creating impressive, sheltered entryways and lending the building a sense of rhythm and civic presence. Expansive glass curtain walls are utilized extensively to flood the interiors with daylight and visually link the internal activities with the external plaza.
